Retired NHS Nurse WORRIED About Getting RIPPED OFF Again By Bad Tradesmen! We Restored Her Faith!

This was a job that we were contacted for, by the neighbour of this customer. We had worked for the neighbour previously, having cleaned some organic growth from their brickwork, and had also having cleaned and re-sanded their driveway.

This customer was a reclusive, retired NHS nurse that had been severely let down in the past, and over charged for work that wasn't completed on her patio by some rogue traders. Because of that experience, she was extremely worried and apprehensive about contacting any trades people for any type of work, that might need carrying out around her home. The only reason we were invited to quote for this job, was because her neighbour had assured her that they believed that we would carry out a good job for a reasonable price, and above all were trustworthy.

After explaining the cleaning process in detail for both the patio and driveway, and providing a quote. We left the quote with the customer so she could think it over. The following day we were contacted, and the quote was accepted. She also asked if we could clean the organic growth from her walls at some point, as she was aware that we had cleaned her neighbours brickwork, and they were very pleased with the results.

When our customer saw the end results of the clean, she was over the moon. She admitted that since her previous negative experience with bad tradesmen, and even though her neighbour had recommended us, and that she liked me, she still had a niggling bit of doubt in her mind that the job might not be completed properly, and to a high standard. She said she'll always be a little suspicious from now on, and will only employ people that have been recommended to her, but in her own words, she said "you've gone quite far in restoring my faith" and "there are trades people out there that are trust worthy, and will do a good job" which was a lovely thing to be told, and was an amazing compliment.
