Welcome back another video. This was a job I did for a commercial customer recently. They called me in to see If I could remove the red colouration that had formed on their staffs bike shelter perspex roof.
Due to the roof not having any adequate drainage, and the perspex dipping in-between the framework of the structure, this caused rain water to form shallow pools, this then allowed algae to grow in the water, which was more than likely accelerated by the many trees that are present along the line and next to the bike shelters. Unfortunately the only way I can see them being able to fix this, is either add more frame supports, to prevents the perspex from dipping and collecting water, or swap the perspex over to a much thicker, more rigid sheet.
I have informed the customer of this, and i'll leave it with them to decide what to, but if they do nothing, I guess i'll just be back here again next year to do it all over again 😁.
