Taxi driver with bad attitude, had my phone and wouldn't return it to me.

A trip to Dublin. I got a taxi from the ferry port to the hotel where I was staying and left my phone in his cab.
It took me a couple of days to get it back.
He eventually handed it in at the local Garda station instead of returning it at reception at the hotel, which caused hostility.
