Frederick joins Dr. Nava from Nava Aussie Curry Kitchen and Home Garden

Dr. Nava is a Sri Lankan native who has been residing in Australia for the past 35 years. He holds a Doctoral Degree from the United States and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science. Nava is a married father of two adult children who is passionate about gardening, cooking, and the environment. He is a natural conversationalist who enjoys being in the limelight, and he has an unwavering belief in his abilities to tackle any challenge with determination and perseverance.

Dr. Nava is a firm believer in the importance of staying active and healthy, given his own battles with ill health, and he is always eager to share his knowledge and lend a helping hand. Despite having been burnt several times due to his tendency to trust others too easily, Dr. Nava remains an advocate for compassion and consideration towards others. Additionally, he has previously worked as a lecturer at the University of Paradania in Sri Lanka.
