Our Keynote Speaker – Dr. Oliver Hartwich from The NZ Initiative, was very well received at Warkworth Town Hall. He made recommendations for de-centralization, top-heavy bureaucratic Public Service cutbacks, more “think tanks” nationwide, plus Oliver shared many other valid insights. The Q&A session was robust, informative and lasted for over 45 minutes.
