Shaykh Husaam - The Awliyaa' are Happy to Receive Hardships

Shaykh Husaam, may Allaah protect him. He's saying whomever is accepted by Allaah, Allaah afflicts them (as a means for their rank to be raised). The awliyaa' (highly righteous Muslims) are happy when the hardships descend on them, as for us, we get sad and ask Allaah to lift the calamities away. The awliyaa' see the hardships as gifts, maa shaa' Allaah.
