BREAKING - Sirens wail in Hokkaido, Japan, after N. Korea fires ICBM missile.

Japanese government is warning that North Korea appears to have launched at least one ballistic missile. The government is urging everyone in Hokkaido to seek shelter.

- It seems that this launch is out of the ordinary. We've never seen a missile airborne this long.

Usually they splash down just outside of Japan's EEZ, but we might see something different this time.
