Connor Sturgeon, the Louisville Old National Bank Shooter, was under the watchful eye of Mental Health professionals and still was able to purchase a rifle that his mother and family had no idea he was in possession of.

Gee, almost looks like this is a MENTAL HEALTH and MEDICATION problem, as opposed to a GUN PROBLEM.
