Hundreds could join lawsuit claiming company operated a house-flipping scam

Build Realty advertised itself as a one-stop shop for home flippers. But a lawsuit claims rehabbers were duped by deceptive marketing, ambiguous contract terms, and illegal trusts, and through a complex racketeering scheme that was based on mail fraud. Now, hundreds could join a class action lawsuit.
