House Judiciary Chairman Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) subpoenaed Federal Trade Commissioner Chair Lina Khan on Wednesday. Rep. Jordan claims the FTC abused its power when looking into Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter and is requesting documents related to their investigation.
