WHEN GOD SPEAKS TO US, ARE WE REALLY LISTENING???

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA DEAR FRIENDS!!! OMHW!!! What an insane day working I had today! We went to the rescue, to pick up supplies into kitty, where we were given a very cute torte kitty named Pepper. She's 5 years old, and her daddy had to give her up, because they were both homeless and he couldn't find a place for both of them to live. It was really heartbreaking, but I’m glad she found her way to us, and we're gonna make sure she finds a home. We also took care of a very lively girl named Gypsy who's 1 1/2, and last but not least, a very bodacious beautiful ginger girl named Butterscotch. Afterwards, we went to Popeye's to get some chicken for dinner, and right now I'm reveling in the chicken coma! I'm also trying to find out more information about my brother, but I really ask for your prayers on this, as I am really going out of my mind, and I need the Lord to calm me. Aside from all this insanity, it was a great day and I really praise God for it.

I'd like to share some things that God showed me from this morning's passage of scripture, through this blog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you resonates in your heart, and that you truly, truly choose to hear it. So, my friends, as I close this post for tonight, I want to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that it will motivate you to not only listen to God, but act on what He says to you.

Who might be encouraged by a phone call from you?

Is there someone out there that could really use a phone call or text from you online? How about taking them out for coffee, or having coffee with them at their home? Most of all, is God trying to tell you something important, and maybe you're not hearing Him? I encourage you to be like Samuel, and say to the Lord in a humble fashion “Speak, Lord! Your servant is listening!” And don't be afraid to act on that calling. You may think you have nothing valuable to offer in this situation, but let me tell you that god can use you in any capacity and I mean any capacity if you'll let him. Just be willing to say, “I'm here and I’m listening, Lord.” and watch how He'll work through you.
