Polenta:
A cup of cornmeal, three of water and two pinches of salt (add along the way depending on your personal taste) when it thickens a bit and it starts bubbling add a cup of whole milk.
Stir like crazy all the time.(around 15-20 min)
Six eggs.
Cheese of your choice (we used homemade sheep cheese)
Butter
Parmesan (if you like it)
