Come with Me on a One Minute Drive Down the Highway

Come with me on a one-minute drive. I'll share a small piece of prose I wrote, and we'll listen to some groovy highway tunes as we roll down this long stretch of road between Deming, Las Cruces, and Alamogordo in New Mexico.

We're headed east, back to Texas after a week-long road trip to San Diego in March 2023. The mountains in the distance, and later, in the rearview mirror (after having passed through them) are the eastern slopes of the Organ Mountains near Las Cruces. Put your feet up and enjoy the ride. But kindly take care not to scuff up the dash ;)
