Russian FM Lavrov touches down in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.

Lavrov will participate in ministerial conference of Afghanistan's neighbors, meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and the meeting of the heads of the foreign affairs agencies of Russia and Central Asia.
