CDA School District Financial Conflict of Interest? Part 2

The contracted CDA Schools independent auditor was caught donating to the PAC whose sole focus is trying to pass the CDA Schools levy - right before committee made decision whether or not to keep the auditor for another contract. Was it innocent? Was it purposeful? Who knows?
