This is the kind of behavior that our media should be calling out and showing to the public. #joebiden displays #disturbing behaviors and it gets called "awkward." It's not #awkward it's something that needs to be reported on for what it is. #unacceptable #inappropriate #gross #questionable to say the LEAST.
