GABA- Down regulates the HPA-Axis thereby reducing adrenaline
Endorphins- Increases endorphins for pain suppression in acute injury
Dopamine- Increases dopamine which is a precursor to norepinephrine  adrenaline
Endocannabinoids- Inhibit adrenaline in low doses and may increase adrenaline at high doses
