The 🎈 Disaster of 1986!

On September 27th, 1986, the city of Cleveland, Ohio attempted to set a world record for the most air balloons launched simultaneously. The plan was to release 1.5 million balloons into the sky, creating a beautiful and colorful display. Unfortunately, things did not go as planned. A sudden and unexpected storm blew through the area, causing the balloons to drift off course and land in neighboring communities. Thank you for watching the curious collective.
