Equipment I use: I’ve used both a camera and a phone at different times. Portably I usually use a Sony ZV-1 with a Diety D-4 Duo mic, a Ulanzi wide angle lens mounted on a Ulanzi flexible mini-tripod equipped with a Ulanzi Quick Release. When I use my iPhone I use it with a Joby GorillaPod, Movo VXR10 mic, and a Ulanzi quick release. I also have a Sony VLOGging mini-tripod, and my main tripod (full size tripod) is a MacTrem Professional.

OVERALL SUMMARY
I made these videos to document my experience eating a diet termed the “Lion Diet” by Mikhaila Peterson, daughter of Jordan Peterson, who introduced this diet to my thinking.  Lion Diet is a strict version of the Carnivore diet that only allows for ruminant meat, salt, and water.  I am not a nutrition expert or doctor, but I hope you will find my story enjoyable and informational.
