AURA session: Integrating the Shadow & Self Validation

This AURA session took place in May of 2020. This is a unique session as not only is it a very quiet and almost shy energy we speak to but most of the session is reflective (therefore quiet and these parts have been cut out). We integrate shadows and allow for self validation and acceptance in order to allow colors and light to come through.

I felt this session was worth sharing in order to report that sometimes there are no outside forces blocking us, sometimes it is completely from within.

Note that when mentioning the earth the year she mentions is 2026 which is hard to hear.
