The NTCA Reference Manual could soon include new information on a number of topics that tile installers can put straight to work in the field. That's because the NTCA Technical Committee is considering votes on documents concerning handmade tile, profiles, flat balconies, and the differences between cement and encaustic tile, that subcommittees have been working on for the past year.
