▶️Ingredients (measured with rice spoon)
3~4 eggplant, 250g pork, 1 green onion, 2 cups rice, 2 cups water.

▶️ Recipe (Baekson's recipe)
1️⃣Wash 2 cups of rice, soak for 1 hour, drain the water in a strainer
2️⃣Cut eggplant diagonally thickly
3️⃣In a frying pan cooking oil over medium low heat, add finely chopped green onion and oil it.
4️⃣ (Raise medium heat when the edges are browned) Add 1 pork rice wine and stir-fry.
5️⃣Add eggplant and stir-fry until it suffocates (heat on high heat) Add 2 dark soy sauce to the edge of the pan to taste (turn off the heat when the moisture is almost gone)
6️⃣Put soaked rice, fried eggplant, and water in a pot and boil over medium heat.
7️⃣Reduce the heat for 10 minutes, steam for 5 to 10 minutes, and add the sauce😁
