▶️Recipe
1️⃣Sprinkle salt and pepper on pork belly
2️⃣Slice green onion, garlic, onion, and apple (without seeds)
3️⃣On the bottom of the pot, put onion-apple-pork belly and rice wine,
Add sliced ​​garlic, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, whole black pepper, and green onion.
(If you put an apple or onion between the pork belly and the part where the meat and the pot touch, it cooks quickly)
