Episode 3 “St.Jacobs”
The journey continues hiking into St.Jacobs country where the warm winds blow and the clouds float across a big sky. Through farms and woodlots the trailed weaved, popping out at Conservation Road to end another glorious evening on the trail.

The Avon Trail is a 120 km trail that works it's way along the amazing rural Ontario landscape, over the hills, down the valleys and across the fields between Conestogo near Waterloo, where the Conestogo and Grand River's meet, to St. Mary's at the Thames River.
The Avon Trail connects the Grand Valley Trail which follows the Grand River to the Thames Valley Trail which follows the Thames River to Delaware, South of London.
Set to the music of Steve Welch, this end to end trail documentary is a celebration of the land in all it's glory.
