The recent election polls in the United States

Hello and welcome to our news video! Today we are going to talk about the recent election polls in the United States. According to an ABC News/Ipsos poll, President Joe Biden's approval rating has increased by almost 10 points over former President Donald Trump. While 34% of Americans have a favourable opinion of Biden, only 25% have a favourable opinion of Trump .

In addition, announced candidates for the 2024 presidential election are already emerging. One of them is Vivek Ramaswamy of the Republican Party. He recently criticised the federal bureaucracy and the FBI, in relation to documents published by the House of Representatives subcommittee on the Weaponisation of the Federal Government, which show alleged irregularities in relation to the Catholic Church .

However, polls indicate that Biden has an edge over Trump in a possible election. Although Trump is facing criminal charges, polls indicate that Biden has a higher approval rating than the former president.
