Louisville Dept. Chief: Officers could not see inside bank while mass shooter was firing at them

At a press briefing Tuesday, Louisville Metro Police Deputy Chief Paul Humphrey said police officers could not see the mass shooter when approaching Old National Bank’s entrance. Humphrey said the gunman’s elevated position behind two sets of doors reflecting bright sunlight allowed the shooter to fire at officers before they could locate him.
