Kevin Durant has made NBA history during the 2022-23 season by becoming the first player to achieve a shooting split of 55% field goals, 40% three-pointers, and 90% free throws. He accomplished this feat while playing in 47 games for both the Brooklyn Nets and Phoenix Suns, averaging 29.1 points, 6.7 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 1.4 blocks per contest. Despite not playing in the last two games of the regular season, Durant helped lead the Suns to a 45-37 record and the fourth seed in the Western Conference. The 34-year-old was traded to the Suns in February (he had been with the Nets since the summer of 2019).
