• 3sets of 12x Tricep Pull-downs
•3Sets of 15,12,8x (descending reps, ascending weight)
Lateral Raises
•3sets of 15,12,8x ( descending reps, ascending weight)
Wide Grip Pull-downs
• *New Exercise* 3sets of 12 Cable Twists
