Apple MacBook Pro 13 (M2, 2022): Choose the MacBook Air instead

Thanks to Apple and their new MacBook Pro 13, the TouchBar makes a determined comeback in 2022. The Pro 13 uses an outdated design, while the Air 13 sports a fresh notched appearance, making Apple's current selection quite bizarre. Nonetheless, the M2 SoC, which has more potent Avalanche and Blizzard cores, is used by both the Air and the Pro.Design

In overall, we are content with the TouchBar and the lack of a notch. Basically, the laptop is an exact replica of the Late 2020 MacBook Pro 13, with metal chassis, sharp edges, and rounded corners. The design is a little outmoded because Windows-based rivals are producing slimmer and lighter notebooks with still-impressive build quality, catching up to if not surpassing Apple.Touchpad and keyboard

Despite the short key travel, the Magic keyboard has a much more traditional feel because to its 15.6 mm profile. The typing experience is uniform everywhere, which is more significant than the clicky feedback. The trackpad is quite accurate and is covered in glass.Ports

With the MacBook Pro 13, you only get two Thunderbolt 4 connections and an audio jack, so dongles will be a part of your life.
