People whom let their dogs foul the street should be fined AND made to lick it up.

Watch this dirty fat fuck just ignore the crap her dog has done outside my house (watch the closed gate very closely). She could see the dog was trying to squat but she just pulls it along. I have not seen them since and i suspect this is there MO. Go somewhere where they are not known, let their dogs shit wherever and just leave it there. Dirty bastards.
