KASH PATEL - ALVIN BRAGG FAILED TO CHARGE TRUMP WITH A CRIME

Kash Patel says Alvin Bragg failed to charge Donald Trump with a crime and alleged that this was a plot to defraud the 2016 election, despite all of the conduct occurring in 2017:

"How is it that he committed public campaign finance violations if Donald Trump used private money that is his own money? It's factually impossible. Legally, Alvin Bragg needed to tie those 34 ledger charges to an actual crime under New York state law for the indictment to have merit. He failed to say what crime he was charging; he just came up with a conspiratorial narrative that said Donald Trump interfered in the election, but we are talking about facts when Donald Trump was already President, making it a legal impossibility."

This fraudulent case is another example of the two-tier justice system that aims to silence any opposition to the political establishment.
