👉 Rounded shoulders and forward head posture can cause a variety of pain, including migraines. When you have rounded shoulders, it creates a tilt in the shoulders, which causes the cervical spine to follow suit, resulting in a forward head posture.

👉 When this happens, the neck muscle called the sternocleidomastoid will follow with the shoulders, leading to the muscle getting tight. This tightness in the SCM will then create tension on the other side it attaches to, which is the side of the head.
