The Hague speech by Emmanuel Macron on the "Future of Europe" 11 April 2023

The Hague speech by Emmanuel Macron, President of France, on the "Future of Europe" - 11 April 2023. The speech was given in the wake of Macron's trip to China to visit Xi Jinping. During the plane ride back to Paris, he made some rather impolitic remarks to journalists and caused a furore to develop among allies, particularly American ones like Marco Rubio. I don't quite think he sees the freight train named Putin. He seems badly out of touch.

Macron mention, inter alia, the EU Protein Plan [0], the Single Market for Digital Services [1-2], the EU international procurement instrument [3].
