Pranayama Tip 2. Deep Breathing
We almost always take the breath for granted, and we often forget that we always have this powerful tool at our disposal. It's such a simple practice that you can do it at any time, and in any place. You can always find a way to recenter yourself, tune into your heart, and rid yourself of your daily stresses. That secret key, is the breath. Deep breathing can also increase your lung capacity sevenfold, which means more oxygen intake, which means more life force energy, which means more life. It's so simple, it just takes a moment to consciously decide to simply breathe, and breathe deeply, in a calm and relaxed manner. Enjoy! Peace and blessings,
