NBC reporters stationed on Alwaleed floor before Vegas shooting

Now listen to this. NBC's team of reporters was already stationed in Vegas six floors above where Paddock lived... But isn't that one of the floors that was owned by Prince Alwaleed. Why yes it was....
"Police blew the door open to room 135 on the 32nd floor they found Paddock.. According the sheriff he had taken his own life.. Just six floors above our team already in town for another story .. happen to be staying in the Mandalay Bay tower when it was put into lockdown.."
What are the chances?
They never noticed Paddock bring up 23 guns into his room?
