Self Confidence & the Bible

Knowing that human beings are created in the image of God (Genesis 1:26-27) and that God has a plan and purpose for each individual (Jeremiah 29:11) can instill a sense of worth and value. Trusting in God's promises and relying on His strength and guidance can give individuals confidence in facing challenges and obstacles (Philippians 4:13, Joshua 1:9). Overcoming fear and doubt with faith in God's presence and provision can also bolster self-confidence (Psalm 27:1, Matthew 6:25-34).
Practicing humility, as emphasized in the Bible, involves recognizing that our abilities and achievements come from God (Proverbs 3:34) and not solely from ourselves, which can help individuals maintain a balanced perspective on their own abilities and limitations.
