HOW TO TUNE UP A TORO SR4 SUPER RECYCLER LAWN MOWER! I found an amazing LAWN MOWER for a great DEAL at a local GARAGE SALE! Bought it for a Sweet Deal without even STARTING IT UP! Turns out it did need a QUICK TUNE UP. Watch as I go over how to CLEAN THE CARBURETOR, INSTALL A NEW AIR FILTER, CLEAN THE SPARK PLUG, CHANGE THE OIL and SHARPEN THE BLADE.
