Turns out it did need a QUICK TUNE UP. Watch as I go over how to CLEAN THE CARBURETOR, INSTALL A NEW AIR FILTER, CLEAN THE SPARK PLUG, CHANGE THE OIL and SHARPEN THE BLADE.
