5th Circuit Strikes at FDA, and the Washington State Protects, and Perhaps +1

Page 58 of the 5th Circuit ruling, and immediately after that I will be covering the Washington Ruling on the Mifepristone drug's availability with the FDA. Seems Washington has a different opinion, and let's see what that will be. We'll see if I have time to cover one last topic by the end of tomorrow's stream.
