What is Self-Talk? | Why it matters, its effects and tips

Self-talk is the way you talk to yourself, or your inner voice. You might not be aware that you're doing it, but you almost certainly are. This inner voice combines conscious thoughts with inbuilt beliefs and biases to create an internal monologue throughout the day.
In today’s video I will therefore discuss why we have to be aware of self-talk and how it impacts our daily lives. From how we feel and what we do. I will talk about the effects both positive and negative self-talk has on us. As well the tips to improve positive self-talk and reduce the negative.
