Tennessee Rep. Justin Jones returns to statehouse after expulsion

The majority of the Metro Nashville Council voted in favor of Tennessee lawmaker Justin Jones returning to the statehouse just days after his expulsion. Expelled Representative Justin J. Pearson will learn his fate on Wednesday. NBC News’ Kathy Park reports.
