This is what Right Brain and I had on Thursday it was SOOOOOO good!!

Recipe:
1 - Bake 300 deg for 3 - 4 hours (at 3 hours they are cooked but close to 4 they are fall off the bone)
2 - Rub entire meat with butter then add salt, and spices to preference ( I use cowboy rub, link below)
3 - Cook with fat side UP so it self bastes.
4 - Use aluminum foil to make a boat, covering top with a 2nd piece, folding the edges together to seal.
5 - Check around 3 hour mark, if done enough to preference carefully remove meat an drain fat from pan/aluminum boat in a glass dish (set aside and keep for other uses or let cool to chuck it).
OR
Continue to cook, checking at 30 min. intervals for "fork tender" (where you barely twist fork and meat falls apart). Once done follow the step above to remove the liquids.
6 - Place ribs right side up add butter on top
7 - Broil for 2 minutes for crispiness
8 - EAT!!!!!!!!
