Carnivore Diet - What I Ate Today Day 133

Recipe:

1 - Braise chuck roast on each side (use tallow, ghee or something with high smoke point, I use avocado oil, do not use butter it will burn)
2- Add in about 1/2-3/4 inch of CHICKEN stock with meat in the Dutch oven (or whatever dish you use)
3 - Add spices: salt, pepper, Italian spices (optional), garlic powder, onion powder (I had dried chopped onions so that's what I used), 1/4- 1/2 stick of butter right on top before baking!
**** 100% option to NOT add spices, can just do salt and its still good!****
4 - Bake @ 300 deg for 3 - 4 hours until fork tender with lid ON!
