Gorgonzola Sauce - Carnivore/Keto Recipes

Ingredients:
5 oz Gorgonzola cheese (I LOVE Costco's)
1/3 c. Heavy cream
2 Tablespoons butter
Salt to taste
** this makes 3-4 servings

Instructions:
1- Melt butter in pot
2- Add heavy cream
3- Add 2.5 oz of the gorgonzola cheese, stir continuously allowing to melt 75% of the way
4- Add additional 1 oz (or best guess), stirring and allowing to melt.
5- Taste test, if you desire a stronger flavor add the rest of the cheese in
6- Once mostly melted use immersion blender to mix until creamy
7- Allow to rest for a few minutes
8- Pour onto steak!
