Welcome to the finale of our shoulders and arms workout series featuring rap celebrity T-Wayne! In this episode, we're going to push T-Wayne to his limits and reveal the secret exercise for big shoulders.
We start with a tricep exercise to keep the blood flowing and prepare T-Wayne's muscles for the finisher. Then, we move on to the secret exercise, targeting the rear delt of the shoulders with heavy weights and high reps. The rear delt is the secret key for big shoulders, as it is often neglected by most people in the gym. This muscle is what creates the 3D-delt and impressive V-tapered look we're all striving for. Even T-Wayne was not aware of this before I should him how to properly activate and target this muscle. T-Wayne is determined to push himself to failure, and with my guidance and encouragement, he does just that.
As we wrap up the workout, T-Wayne is exhausted but exhilarated. He's pushed himself harder than ever before and has learned some valuable techniques for developing big, strong shoulders and arms.
