Here I bring you an Extra Firm and Sugar Free recipe, spectacular, economical and easy to prepare.
It is a delicious and healthy cream that you can use to fill a cake, ice cream, griddle cake, to decorate cupcakes, for individual desserts and decorate cupcakes.

The cream is WITHOUT Added Sugar, compared to other creams that usually have large amounts of added sugar, this one is healthier, but it IS NOT SUITABLE FOR DIABETICS since bananas contain a lot of sugar

0:00 - Intro banana cream
1:30 - Peel and slice the bananas
2:17 - Mash the bananas or plantains
2:49 - Add egg yolks
4:57 - Whip the vegetable cream ( AMBIANTE PURATOS )
6:19 - Decorate with large nozzle
6:49 - Decorate cupcakes with wilton 1M tip
7:17 - Make banana ice cream

5 Bananas or Plantains ( 500 gr )
1/2 lemon (30 ml)
300 ml milk (hot or cold)
50 gr cornstarch (can be replaced by 100 gr flour)
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
500 ml very cold cream (milk cream or vegetable cream)
