Host Al Bielek introducing Phil Schneider in this video says Phil Schneider has had 13 attempts on his life since the beginning of the year (1995) and says Phil has had done 37 speaking engagements since going public.

Phil worked 17 years as a Geologist & Engineer for the New World Order Government which he thought was our regular government until he learned the truth about the New World Order agenda. He worked at GROOM LAKE S2 & S4 locations in Nevada. Phil says Al Bielek has been on these high speed monorails (Magneto) subway cars that link the 131 underground bases (as of 1995) together with speed of MACH2. Phil built some of the tunnels for it as a Geologist.

Phil Schneider claims he worked as a Geologist & Engineer building underground tunnels for very fast subway cars interconnecting all the underground Military Bases (DUMB's= DEEP UNDERGROUND MILITARY BASE's). Our current (1995) FEDERAL GOVERNMENT is being slowly PHASED OUT by the UNITED NATIONS GOVERNMENT as well as the NEW WORLD ORDER which is a HIGHER ENTITY and who these higher entities are taking their orders from (Anti-human agenda). He asks the audience (1995) if they have heard of the ROSWELL INCIDENT (1947), BLACK HELICOPTERS, or GROOM LAKE. Aliens have helped in our technological advancement.

Phil says FBI,DIA, & CIA statistics show that 100,000 children & 1 million adults disappear every year! (Retired FBI official Ted Gunderson had similar statistics about all the children that go missing without a trace).

Phil says his best friend Ron Rommel got himself murdered a couple years ago (August 6th 1993) because they (Phil & Ron Rommel) dared to put in print the STRATEGIC DEFENSE INITIATIVE knowns as STARWARS part of the New World Order. At the time both Phil & Ron were still working for the Government. Ron Rommel's death was initially ruled a SUICIDE but now it is being handed over and looked at as a HOMICIDE.

Phil Schneider says his father Oscar was a U-boat captain & Master machinist in Hitler's navy during WW2 and got captured (Operation PAPERCLIP?). Says his father only told him about his Nazi past while he was on his death bed 2 weeks before he died.

Says he worked for NATO and carried a LEVEL 3 security clearance. Phil says he thought he was doing good and doing his part for his country until he found out these 131 Deep underground Military bases (DUMB's) were for in case there was MARTIAL LAW in the USA. Says they are training ex-Russian KGB (1995) right here on American soil as he has witnessed this himself along with being used to SUBVERT the US Constitution of the United States and its people which was when Phil had enough and quit and then they arrested him until he agreed to finish his contract of 3 weeks and then left to see his dying father. Says these people are beginning to show SIGNS as our UTMOST ENEMY (US Military are training Foreign Troops on US Soil clearly against the BILL OF RIGHTS & the US CONSTITUTION). Says as of 1995, there are 3 underground bases per state (131 total) and 1 prison camp per state (39 total) in the USA. Each Deep Underground Military Base costs between $17-$26 billion dollars (Black Budget (Hidden money)) and employ 1,800-10,000 skilled workers.

Says there are 140 table of elements but in the school Phil was just at a week earlier (1995) says there are only 105 elements. Phil has artifacts that he gives brief descriptions about and other alien metals and lets the audience check out these artifacts.

Says the United Nations and the New World Order are taking their ORDERS from (believe it or not) these more powerful outer space aliens/entities. Phil says the public is not being told even 5% of the truth. Phil has given over 30 lectures in USA, Canada, Japan, England, etc...

Phil says there has been 13 attempts on his life since the beginning of 1995.
Phil begins taking questions from the audience. Phil claims that in August 1979 he was at Los Alamos laboratories in DULCE New Mexico says there was an alien/human shoot out with 66 secret service agents, government workers, geologists, etc... that lost their lives that day saying the Government LIED. They drilled 4 holes over a couple of days and these hole went down several thousand feet but one of the holes brought up dirty dust, Putrid smelling odors, broken off machine bits so a probe was sent down and it came up MISSING so humans were sent down to investigate including Phil. They were in space suits for that underground environment.

Phil says there are 4 Deep underground Military Bases in Colorado with one of those DUMB's directly underneath the Denver International Airport (1995). He was going to bring a map of all the DUMB's showing the latitude & longitude degrees of all there locations but said that is illegal and he would be put in jail. Says that Al Bielek (Man who introduced Phil at this presentation) has been on these underground monorail trains at MACHE2 saying you can go from coast to coast on these underground monorails in 1.5 hours which is FASTER than any jet plane we have. All 131 Military bases are connected through tunnels and trains under the ground.

The Deep underground Military Bases on average are 4.25 cubic miles and 5,700 feet underground.

Phil says that he is 100% that the ALIEN AGENDA ties in with the NEW WORLD ORDER agenda. Presently (1995) the New World Order is dismantling countries as the Aliens ultimately want the planet all for themselves. "GLOBAL 2000" is a sinister plot to use BIOLOGICAL AGENTS to thin out the human population by 5/6th or kill off 5 of the 6 billion people on the planet and enslave the remaining survivors. The Alien Agenda is not really fully understood even by these ONE WORLD ORDER folks.

The aliens don't eat us like we eat meat but they use our glandular secretions like ADRELOCHROME and the our blood. Designer diseases like AIDS & EBOLA etc... that come out of nowhere. Phil says the US Government is MODIFYING our WEATHER and says the US Government has been working with the Russia government since at least 1972 and possibly further back to 1966. They can weather modify a HURRICANE or TORNADO out of existence.

Phil says the Alien Takeover will be in the next 20-40 years (From 1995) and will be done in the background as they get the Beast-like Government Order in place as they thin out the population on the planet and then all heck will break loose from then on. They have LASER TECHNOLOGY (1995) that can get tunnel out 28-feet WIDE by 28-feet HIGH and bore 7 miles of tunnel per day. He says a lot of this is Alien technology re-engineered for our own use but a lot is from our own ingenuity as well. He says the Military Technology is outstripping the public technology by 45 years for every 12 month calendar years.

Phil talks about the 39 prison camps along with these trains with 140 shackles for prisons and these trains are called United Nations Prisoner Transfer Cars. He is asked by these workers are helping to build these underground projects and Phil says you sign a NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT and you can make anywhere between $4,000USD-$40,000USD per month (1995) depending on your position.
