Semolina \ Sooji 1/2 cup
Onion 2 tbsp
Green chilli 2 pieces
Parsley 1 tbsp
carrot 1/4 cup
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Coriander 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
1 egg
Water 1/2 cup
Mix well
Rest for 10 mins
Bread 3 pieces
Fry until crispy golden brown both side
