As you imagine a soft, blue light hovering above your chest, take deep breaths and feel the warmth of it bringing you the deepest relaxation tonight. The warmness of the light spreads as the breaths become deeper thus gently lulling your whole body into a good night's sleep.

Close your eyes,

And allow yourself to settle.

Sink into your bed,

And invite your body to move around a bit,

Stretching,

Getting out any tension,

And sinking deeper into your favorite sleeping position.

Now bring your attention to your breath.

Ride the waves in,

And out,

As your awareness invites you to slow down.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

In,

Out.
