Danco, the manufacturer of abortion medication Mifepristone, is seeking to halt a recent ruling in a Texas district court that would revoke FDA approval of the drug. Danco’s attorney says if a stay isn’t approved, the company is expected to appeal the case to the U.S. Supreme Court.
