Trump fights judge's call for Pence to testify before grand jury

Former US president Donald Trump is appealing a judge's decision that would see former vice president Mike Pence front a federal grand jury into the 2020 election.

The Trump team claims any conversations between the former president and vice president fall under executive privilege and cannot be heard in open court.
